## Web Annotation 规范

civet的批注采用了HTML5的批注规范。\
该批注规范定义了在不同场景下，各种批注的模型规范。\
基于这个规范，不仅可以给图片添加批注，也可以给视频、音轨、文本添加批注，以实现类似弹幕的效果。
